Troops to check buildings around rally

The government's Centre for the resolution of Emergency Situations (CRES) has dispatched soldiers to tall buildings around the mass anti-government rally at Ratchaprasong intersection to prevent potential violence, CRES spokesman Sansern Kaewkamnerd said on Sunday.
