Pongsaphat is new police spokesman

Pol Lt-Gen Pongsaphat Pongcharoen, an assistant police chief, has been appointed spokesman of the Royal Thai Police Office, replacing Pol Gen Watcharapong Prasarnratchakij who resigned from the post.
