Longer holidays approved

The cabinet on Tuesday agreed to allow an additional government day-off during the April Songkran holiday and Her Majesty the Queen’s birthday on Aug 12 next year, to allow the Thai people to enjoy longer official holidays next year, deputy government spokesman Phumin Leethiraprasert said.
