Central bank: 2009 GDP shrank 2.7%

The Bank of Thailand (BoT) has revised its projection on the gross domestic product contraction for 2009 to minus 2.7 per cent, from its earlier forecast of minus 2.5 to minus 3.5 per cent, Paiboon Kittisrikangwan, BoT assistant governor, said on Friday.
